Airpot coffee from the office breakroom. My own bile.
Maybe lunch will be more interesting.
A bowl of milk and fresh blueberries.
A Twix and a Coke, about 3:30 this morning while I trudged through my marathon exorcism of the office mail server.
Crunch Berries
McDonald’s: 2 sausage biscuits, 3 hash browns, large black coffee, followed by a Marlboro (menthol, natch). Then I woke up from my wonderful dream and had my oatmeal, which is the only thing I’m allowed to eat in the morning until I get my cholesterol under control. Sigh.
I used to have coffee and my own bile for breakfast, but that was before I started eating 5-6 times a day.
This morning, my usual: Cheerios, milk, one Centrum, one capsule of Lysine, one Calcium, and one honkin’ gel capsule/horse pill of organic flax oil. Coffee didn’t flow until I got to work.

1 x-large coffee and 2 packs of peanuts.. (fyi, not a great idea)

Dang, Britt. That’s a rather elaborate breakfast. I had four slices of wheat toast with Brummel and Brown buttery substance melted upon them, a container of raspberry Yoplait whipped yoghurt, and water.
Not that you asked, but dinner was at least marginally more exciting. 9 frozen Marquez taquitos, and a can of creamed corn, and water.
I’ll prolly chase all that with a few chocolate baking wafers.
I woke up at noon, dripped a large coffee, fried an egg which I had on toast with a slice of Havarti cheese. Also a Brown Cow peach cream-top yoghurt. It is now 3:37pm, and I have just consumed a cup of tea and 4 milk chocolate Digestive biscuits. I think Kevin Spacey is going to drop by and butcher me for sloth later in the day, around 7.
Low-fat yogurt sneaked into a too-early-morning meeting. I also did some treadmill time, so I should have really lived it up and had a McGriddle. Fortunately I was running late to work and so I had to avoid the drive-though. (Seeing “Supersize Me” helped.)
A cup of coffee and a 6-inch Cold-cut Subway (cheap, but bad) on wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers, pickles, black olives, (good) and mayo (bad again.)
Umm, you could mail me the Quark, yes yes? Beg plead?

3 cigarettes. half a can of Pepsi(to avoid the caffeinne headache). a Bacon & Eggs burrito. glass of Orange Juice.
Sushi, a can of Pringles (Once you pop, you seriously would be hard pressed to stop!), a Fast Break (is that what they’re called?), a Granny Smith apple, and an orange seltzer.
