That just goes to show you man, Nashville just doesn’t know what it’s got. These cats like Venus Hum or Lambchop or Josh Rouse are virtually unknown on their home turf, but they’re huge around the world (or even in far off Mur-frees-boro).

I know I’m in the minority here, but I know I would be mighty excited if Richard Marx and Kenny Loggins were to come in to where I work. Although that would be kinda weird, considering I’m a teacher. All the same, I’d be doubly excited if they were to come in at the same time, sit down, and share a root beer float and a reuben sandwich…all while working on their comeback careers.

Whatever. A girl can dream.
