I haven’t checked my stats for Sparkwood & 21 in a while, so I was surprised to see that I’ve had almost as many hits today as I’ve had all week. Nearly 1500. Naturally, I scanned all the incoming links to discover that there wasn’t a single high-traffic site that linked to me. No MetaFilter or Fark, Defective Yeti or Boing Boing. Just a whole bunch of random, extra traffic. Lots and lots of Google search results and serious activity from various bloggers.

Strange.
