Hmmmm. Well…I needs me some speakers. You looked lovely, but I kind of had to mentally insert the accent I think you might have.

The lighting was a bit off in your room, esp. versus the anchor room (or whatever they call it in news lingo).

Too bad we can’t order out of market affiliate stations (or anything, for that matter) a la carte on cable.

That web page is one hell of of a CPU hog. I think it’s the “Coming Up on News 2″ ticker thingy. At least it was a pig on my G4 iMac. Kinda hard to hear what was going on. I managed, though.

You seem very natural at this. I’d never make it through the broadcast if I was the one reporting.

(If anyone else has a problem with the ticker, right-click on it to bring up the Macromedia menu. As long as the menu is showing, the ticker isn’t moving and the computer will play the video. Just an FYI.)

Great job, that’s so exciting! I’ve been wondering why they weren’t on GMA. We didn’t watch the show but it is pretty interesting two Nashvillians hooked up. I’ll have to print out their pic so I can try to have some “sightings”!

I guess I’ve become so accustomed to hearing the mid-Missouri drawl that I don’t hear any accent in your voice. Either that or you’ve learned to suppress your Tennessee accent when you’re on camera.

What was harder for me to accept was hearing you talk so knowledgeably about “The Bachelor.” I can’t really see you being that interested in shows like that except as a work assignment.

Here’s a thought: Maybe they could have you do “serious” movie reviews. You should pitch that to your management.
