Since I made a post on the work blog about New School speaker Jean Rohe I have had to delete two comments (not from regular readers) that suggested Ms. Rohe should be raped for her remarks. I’m not lying. Two commenters from two different IP numbers stated in no uncertain terms that Rohe should be forced into sex, both vaginally and anally, for her "crime" of speaking out.
I don’t know what is wrong with people.

that makes me sad. as do a couple of the comments that _were_ let through that don’t make arguments but just employed a thesaurus (although maybe not spellcheck) to insult her. i think you took the trouble to present a coherent and well-researched story, but those commenters did not bother to do the same in responding. unlucky.

Maybe they don’t like little brat communist prattling on about things they know little about.
