Pardon if this is a dumbarse question. I do not cook. The pudding you mention, was it any particular flavor? Or do they make a plain pudding that absorbs the flavors surrounding it? It’s just…some crevasses in that tart look a bit…chocolatey. Clash of flavors.
I think food is generally hard to photograph without making it look fake..the taste may not have been great, but these photos make me wanna try it.
