My husband has migranes and fancy medicine for them, but about twice a year, winds up in the ER, getting a shot of morphine in the ass.
It really seems to do the trick.
this may be a stupid question, but have you had your vision checked lately? you spend a lot of time on the computer.

When I had a migraine, docs tried to prescribe narcotics. I told them “No” since dulling the pain won’t make the pain go away after I’d had the headache for days and days with no sign of the pain letting up. I ended up facing off with a neurologist and he sent me home with steriods. They did the trick. Good luck.
I thought morphine was something you couldn’t come back from once you take.
I have my own issues, if you’ve read through FiPi discuss. After 3 days of being in the hospital, they told me all I had was “tension migraines.” Bullshit.
If you’re not happy with your diagnosis or nothing seems to be working- keep looking. Think outside the box even if your doctor’s aren’t.
