I just turned around to see Tootie enter the room wearing Cooper like a saddle.

Two dogs are definitely better than one. That’s hilarious.
She does that to him in the back yard as well. She gets a big running start and ducks under him at the last second, then arcs her back to get his feet off of the ground. I’m not sure what she hopes to accomplish by doing this, but she’s very excited about it every time.
