Of course, Dems shouldn’t get cocky about this. I recall the mid-1990s when they were booted out of Congress. They deserved to be swept away by Republicans back then. Any party that has more or less absolute power becomes corrupt after a while.
It’ll be interesting to see how long it takes for Democrats to piss me off. For now, though, I’m happy that they won. Neocons needed a smack.
Thank God the Democrats won! Maybe we can get our sorry asses out of a war we never should have started!
Free Republic is one of the places that truly scares me.
I’ve always considered myself conservative, but after spending short amounts of time there I wish there was another name for it. Because a lot of those people are seriously disturbed.
