the are both so cute. i love how tootie seems to want the attention and poses for the camera. i hope i get to meet cooper soon!

I hate to be an alarmist, but maybe you should send that video to your vet and let him see if he thinks something is wrong with Cooper. We did something similar when one of our dogs was reverse sneezing. We sent her a video of him doing it and she was able to identify the reverse sneezes and let us know that it was nothing to worry about.

I have a whiner, but Cooper’s quite a bit more drawn out and persistent than Petey is. Petey just whines in fits and spurts and not generally for too long. I’m not sure what to think about that. I’d go with high strung, but there certainly could be more to it.

They do have doggie Prozac and such, or even possibly something just to calm him down a little might help. I think Cole’s got a good suggestion there.

(And Tootie - what a cutie and what a ham for the camera!)

Awwww, poor guy.

Yeah, puppy Prozac may be the way to go. Of course, it’s not to “calm them down,” as a tranquilizer would do, but instead to re-balance the serotonin levels in the brain. This can fix many problems, from depression to OCD behavior (which the whining may be). Talk to the vet.

Oh, and while you’re there… let’s find Curly a Moe… I just need a healthy, sub-1-yr. fixed kitty to make a good condo mate for Curly.

I’m not sure what Cooper was saying but it really got Pippin’s ears going back and forth full tilt!! He was VERY intrigued!!!!
