Didn’t they warn you about wearing stripes on TV? Zebra effect.
The comb filters they have on the equipment at WKRN are probably fine, industry-standard equipment. However, our TVs and especially our monitors, after the compression down to WMV, just ain’t reapin’ that benefit. .
