I wrote this. Some of it may look familiar.
Re-reading it gives me renewed devotion to a completely meat and dairy free diet. I must admit I’d been slacking some. A little cheese here, a little cake there. I try not to beat myself up over it, because it’s not a freaking competition. I’m still mindfully and consciously eating, and so long as that is the case I’m still on the right track.

I am seeking out great stories from individuals who have been working towards a dairy-free diet, whether for allergies, intolerances, veganism, or other issues.
