Admit it, though. It would be kind of fun to write your whole blog that way. “Thanks to the work I did last year to secure a future for arts in Nashville, today they’re dedicating a lovely piece downtown.” See? It’s fun.
It’s not humble, it’s marketing. In fact, it IS because of the work I did last year that the NCSL changed its policy and started issuing media credentials to bloggers. I’m proud of the role I played.
That is what I said. You were not humble.
Everyone can tell you are proud.
