Things I Will Miss About Tennessee

It’s so sad that San Francisco is stealing you from us, but wow, what a fantastic opportunity!
And hey, now I’ll have someone to call on when I go out there again!
We just moved from Knoxville back to Northern California and I miss your top three, fireflies, McKays—thank god for our Delta Breeze, no humidity to speak of, and Apple Hill!
Me will miss U immensely
Can’t wait to hear what S.F. is like!
And, Lori — McKay’s keeps jacking up their prices. Not much fun to shop there these days.
I don’t think I could live without WaHo.
TN will miss you, too, Brittney.
Hmmm. Moving to my native state (I was born in San Diego, educated in Sacramento, only a couplefew hours east of you on I-80). Hope it all goes well. California, to me, isn’t the weather paradise that people know it for. But it’s highly underrated for its history and just general vibe. I’m proud to be a native.
Have fun out there, whatever you’re doing with your life (I bluescreened about 3 months ago, and just this week am back online, so pardon my cluelessness). Big change, but you know yourself well and will find what speaks to your intrests, needs, etc.
I think all of us in TN will be missing fall foliage this year, given the crispy-crunchy status of the drought!
And at least in San Fran, the twisty-turn roads are a part of the main roads there. Plus they has very nice hills.
And I do think “The vast number of musicians who think they’re gonna make it.” will be quite large in San Fran, too.
Much success on the new adventure, too. Will you keep posting on this site too, or create a new one??
Agh, I did the blockquote wrong.
Great list. And true. (Esp. thunderstorms.) And all the more reason to come back and visit.
