yeah, you’re really going to be miserable about 16 days a year. oh wait, you’re pretty close to the water, make that 11 days.
I went to a June wedding in the East Bay when it was over 100 degrees. Black patent leather shoes were like little pizza ovens on my feets.
On the whole, you won’t need a/c if you don’t mind living with fans all summer. It’ll be great, I promise!
Seattle’s the same, it freaked me out when I moved here from the East coast. Even freakier? No one has screens in their windows.
That blew my mind. No mosquitos here. Heaven!
