Stop calling me. We don’t want your truck. You could have been more helpful on your website, and I wouldn’t have abandoned the page. We chose Budget, thanks, because it was easy to reserve online and cheaper. This tactic of calling people later to negotiate a better price than what your online service initially showed is, frankly, bullshit. Give people the price they want up front. Don’t play this silly phone game with me.
And no, I’m not calling you back.

Watch out, though. Budget has a nasty habit of telling you that you can have a particular truck, but the local franchisee might not have said truck on their lot. Twice, the ex-BF and I tried Budget, calling multiple times to confirm the right size truck and twice we were offered a different truck (bigger and for the same price, but unmanageably large–and you don’t want more truck than you need guzzling up gas between here and the great west). I’d never heard good things about U-Haul, but when we finally had to get one, they were great and had the truck we ordered and needed.
