Sick and unmotivated to do anything but gape at my television or computer screen, I spent much of the past two days on my couch. With nothing but limited basic cable, my choices were slim. For some reason every movie from my admittedly small DVD/VHS collection seemed like too much of a commitment. And besides, what better than a little consumerism to brighten an otherwise dreary day? I bought the first and only season of “Cheerleader Nation” on iTunes. It’s awesome.
