But Byrnes said, “There were a couple times where she did say no or stop. The rest is up to interpretation.”
And according to Byrnes’ interpretation he said, “Nothing I could see indicated a sexual assault was taking place.”
But police detective Wayne Lawson says after watching the video, it was clear that an assault had occurred.
That’s what led to the rape and sexual battery charges police filed against Riverdale senior Brandon Stover.
Even the Rutherford County school spokesperson told the media he saw the girl ask for help.

Evidently, in Rutherford County, when a boy puts his hand in a fellow student’s pants, it is ok. That is exactly what the boy did to my daughter last year, and he wouldn’t have even been suspended had I not raised major hell about it.

The man’s disregard for the little girl was horrific. Anything other than outrage, sorrow and an assurance of severe punishment is utterly disgusting. I guess he feels little girls are sexually expendable. Yep, burn.
You guys do understand though, that in our ears, a no, stop, and a NO, STOP are two totally different sounds to a bus driver. One is horsing around jokingly and the other should be a shear scream like a slap in the face get some attention help now kind of sound.
